During the last decade, Japan based artist Hirofumi Goto aka Rondenion has produced a fairly high number of tunes. Rondenion released records on big indie labels around the world such as Chicago’s Still Music or Amsterdamer Rush Hour Records that helped gaining major support from worldwide DeeJays.

The first noticable feeling while listening to Rondenion‘s music is how this artist is influenced by both Chicago and Detroit Raw House sound. Actually, Rondenion has a very similar style to Kenny Dixon Jr aka Moodymann.
Sour Jazz-Funk samples, raw beats, dry sound straight from the machines, barely no mix or FX, Hirofumi Goto is THE Ghetto House side of Japan.

In 2011, Rondenion founded is own imprint Ragrange Records and released ten EP since then. Hirofumi Goto also produced his debut album entitled Luster Grand Hotel. Released in September 2013, this 14-track LP is a broad genre album from Techno to Electronica that really deserves to be listened to.
